Apprenticeships
In September 2023, SeAH Wind formally began their apprenticeship scheme in collaboration with Hartlepool College, which involved 12 dedicated students being chosen to be part of a Welding and Fabrication Scholarship. By December 2023, they had transitioned to permanent apprentices.

We want to offer you an environment conducive to growth, along with the necessary training and opportunities for professional development. Bespoke Employer Led Programme
We have joined forces with Nordic Products & Services alongside Middlesbrough College to create two programmes under our SeAH Wind Academy. This exciting initiative involves enrolling 30 participants in a comprehensive 24-week training and development program, facilitated in collaboration with the Tees Valley Combined Authority and supported by its Adult Education Budget. Successful completion of these programs will empower individuals with the essential knowledge and skills needed to secure employment in the steel and fabrication industry.
SeAH Winds Recruitment Agency Policy
SeAH Wind is dedicated to sourcing candidates directly and, as such, does not accept unsolicited or speculative CVs from recruitment agencies. If we require agency involvement for a specific role, we will reach out to agencies on our approved suppliers list. Agency fees will only be paid if there is a signed agreement in place and the agency has been instructed by a member of the SeAH Wind HR team. If these conditions are not met, SeAH Wind reserves the right to approach candidates directly and begin discussions without any agency fee being paid.
In cases where an unsolicited or speculative CV is submitted by an agency, and the agency then attempts to claim a commission through correspondence or documentation that includes a disclaimer, our policy takes precedence.
By submitting any unsolicited CVs or proposals to anyone within SeAH Wind, you acknowledge full and unconditional acceptance of this agency policy.
