Apprenticeships
In September 2023, SeAH Wind formally began their apprenticeship scheme in collaboration with Hartlepool College, which involved 12 dedicated students being chosen to be part of a Welding and Fabrication Scholarship. By December 2023, they had transitioned to permanent apprentices.

Bespoke Employer Led Programme
We have joined forces with Nordic Products & Services alongside Middlesbrough College to create two programmes under our SeAH Wind Academy. This exciting initiative involves enrolling 30 participants in a comprehensive 24-week training and development program, facilitated in collaboration with the Tees Valley Combined Authority and supported by its Adult Education Budget. Successful completion of these programs will empower individuals with the essential knowledge and skills needed to secure employment in the steel and fabrication industry.
