SeAH Wind Under Construction
SeAH Wind are currently under construction of a state-of-the-art bespoke monopile manufacturing facility, officially breaking ground on the 7th of July 2022. Upon completion, the facility will be the single largest of its kind globally. Situated on 90 acres of land within the South Bank on the Teesworks site, the project is set to create up to 750 jobs for internal operations, with a further 1500 indirect jobs in the supply chain during the construction phase. Not only is SeAH committed to generating opportunities for the local people and companies in the area, but we are using the best construction companies in the United Kingdom to ensure our factory is built to the highest standards.
Once fully operational, SeAH will offer a full end-to-end service for the fabrication of monopiles all from a singular location, with the finished products being transported to Teesworks newly developed heavy-duty deep-water quay, designed for the export of large scale products for the industry.
