SeAH Wind Achieves ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Certification
SeAH Wind has started the year by achieving two further internationally recognised ISO accreditations. Our Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Environmental Management System have been successfully certified to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 respectively.
Alongside our existing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, these accreditations provide robust assurance across Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) aspects of the business.
This achievement marks a significant milestone in SeAH Wind’s maturity and transition from a major construction project to a fully operational monopile manufacturing facility. It underpins our commitment to delivering our first products safely, responsibly and to the highest quality standards, while supporting a strong return on the substantial investment made in Middlesbrough, Teesside. With these systems in place, SeAH Wind is well positioned to compete on a global scale.
Colin Atkinson, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Director at SeAH Wind, said: “I am delighted for the company and the team to achieve these two ISO accreditations. Auditing and testing our management systems against internationally recognised standards provides confidence within SeAH Wind and assurance to our current and future stakeholders. It demonstrates that we have robust processes in place to manage risks and opportunities effectively as we move into full manufacturing operations.”
